empowerment coaching

As an occupational therapist and an intuitive person, I am skilled at helping people tap into their passions and guiding them in taking meaningful, doable steps toward goals. I can help you connect to your own inner wisdom and authentic self, giving you permission and guidance to become who you really are. My coaching is personalized and can include a combination of:

- goal setting/ problem solving

- guided meditation and mindfulness activities

- gentle movement and breathing exercises tailored to your body's needs and abilities

- nature-based activities to promote healing, nervous system regulation, and joy

- writing and creating exercises to ignite your imagination and amplify your inner voice

I offer movement and meditation practices tailored specifically to you, including:

- yoga postures, stretching, and breath work that are accessible to your body, regardless of ability, age, or body type

- movement routines that promote physical, mental, and spiritual wellness

- guided meditations for connecting the body, heart, and mind

- mindfulness activities to promote inner peace and awareness



connection with nature

It is my greatest passion to help others feel at home in the natural world, to be soothed and healed by nature, and in turn to cultivate a reciprocal relationship with the Earth. We humans are not separate from the rest of the wild world; we are part of the web of life. Coming home to who we are as human animals in the World is one of the most profound acts of healing we can do for ourselves and for this impossibly beautiful planet. I offer:

- guided hikes and camping trips

- activities for connecting with nature and self

 

personal or group retreats

From an hour to a day to a week, I offer retreats based on your needs and desires. These can be for individuals or groups (families, friends, teams, etc.) and can incorporate all or some of the above offerings. These are designed to promote wellbeing, not through expensive pampering, but through allowing you to slow down, take care of yourself, and cultivate joy.

NOTE: I am currently on maternity leave until late April, 2022. Please send me a message if you'd like to pursue OT for your child, and I'll respond when I return.
